I handcoded the hammer handle, head and inserts, all with 1/2-13 threads. The handle, head and one insert are machined from aluminum. 1 insert from brass, and 2 more from Delrin. Everything was machined on a Haas TL Lathe with the hammer head being finished on a Haas TM Mill.
