Blanks are flame cut out of 4140HT material, so all edges start with an aggressive scale. I decided to create a fixture to clamp the part down to conventional mill all sides at once without having to move toe clamps and indicate in every time. When a part is loaded in, just press cycle start, since the two bosses align the huge piece perfectly everytime.
