These parts are approximately 130mm in size and feature two H7 bores that intersect one another, with a +/- 0.025mm positional tolerance. To get around this the big bore was drilled to a smaller diameter which wouldn't intersect, and then roughed to size with a long tipped end mill, and finally finish bored using a rigi-bore tool. This job used to be 6x operations on a 3-axis machine, but I managed to get it down to 4x operations by re-ordering process.
