My Dad wanted to organize the garage and asked me to design some shelves. We sat down together and went back and forth until we were happy with the final design. To be honest we probably over-designed it, because a grown man can climb on the shelves as if it is a jungle gym, (we tried) and it doesn't budge. As you can see, shelf 4 from the top is set back for my dad's SUV to be parked deep enough for the garage door to close. And for that reason, the mid-front leg is supported from the roof.
