1. First, I had to figure out how to mount the material to cut it to the right size.
2. Second, I faced it down to the right height.
3. Then, I machined the mounting holes.
4. After the holes, I ran a 2D contour to get to a known stock size.
5. Next, I slid the laser cut jig over the stock for locating purposes.
6. 3D adaptive was used to clear out most of the material.

8. Finishing the prop by moving up and down with 50% stepover.

11. I flipped the stock in the long way and confirmed that everything lines up with the hole from operation1.
12. I repeated the same on the other side.
13. Second to last I screwed it down and cut it free from the tabs starting at the tips.
14. Finally we have a completed prop.
