Design and build a replacement rear differential cover plate with integrated hydraulic manifold block to suit a custom towbar. This was the manifold block which was machined separately before being welded into the fabrication before the mounting face was then machined. The part was machined in 3 operations. Op1 was done in a 3ax vertical in a vise. Op 2 was done in the same 3ax vertical but fixtured into the 400mm horizontal fixture. The part and fixture were then mounted onto the 400mm horizontal and all the features around the outside of the part were completed including deep hole drilling.
