This is very special project as it include series of processes, it start with machining D2 tool steel material , tempering and quenching to 60 HRC, Blackening, Magnet fitting, laser knurling in area of 2*2 mm.
it is working as magnet attract circlip ,engraving hold the both end of circlip, jaw expand, shaft come in circlip id and jaw relese.
