I was asked to help with the production of a TEDx sign for a local event. I designed and programmed the templates for the sign. A friend of my dad cut the templates out on his CNC router. The templates were glued to blocks of foam. I then used my DIY hot wire foam cutter to cut along the template, which left us with a 3D letter. The event organizer then finished and painted the letters.
