This is a production fixture I designed, programmed, machined, and assembled to run a production part. There are threads cut in the centers of the pockets with helicoils threaded into them. The parts are held down with a washer and the part is spot drilled, drilled, and tapped. There are countersunk pockets to hold the parts onto the plate once the part is tapped, so a chamfer can be cut into the parts center.
