Manufacturing Engineer

Started with a piece of 2.5 inch solid PVC for the prototype

Made a mess! Can't even see my chuck.

Prototype finished! 

Picked out my material! 2 inch Solid 360 Half Hard Temper Brass

Roughed it square in my mitutoyo Grinding Vise!

Brought it to just over finished size; Look at that finish!

Test cut the engraving!

Finished engraving after a few fixes in fusion and roughed in Profile! MORE TO COME Later!

Was asked by a friend if I could machine this for his customers Mustang, an hour later I had a prototype programmed and ready to run; tested in Plastic and finished in Brass, the customer and I were ecstatic with how this piece turned out!
