Designed Card In Cad; Sent pictures of the model to the customer.
Programmed in CAM and created the first prototype, sent To Customer.
Recieved Feedback; Modified corner radius, different anodize color and sent a second prototype.
First piece accepted and began manufacturing all 100 Pieces.
Inspected Bagged and Packaged all 100 pieces and Mailed out!
Made a custom 6al-4v Titanium Card For the Customer as a gift!
This was an absolute blast and loved workign with the customer the entire way!
