CAD Design for the round/basic style

OP2 soft jaws that were programmed for the round/basic style. Complete with holes for alignment pins on the fixed-jaw side.

Embossed Logo design with milled in cooling fins for bearing heat reduction and increase in performance.

Both styles completed. Machined, anodized, contrast cut and embossed logos faced.

Softjaws programmed for performing OP2 machining on the embossed logo version.

Embossed Logo style 3rd bearing support being machined on OP. The bore of this boss has to be pressfit to the bearing so it is machined to +0.000”/- 0.001” tolerance spec.

Parts completed on OP1.

OP2 complete on basic style.

Two different designs with similar execution. Designed in CAD, programmed in CAM, setup and ran with a total of 3 operations. Some parts anodized and contrast cut as well.
