Mounted onto fixture

Fixture with part on the surface grinder. The 1 2 3 block with screws are used as supports to prevent any chatter and maintain accuracy and finish

Wheel Dressing. 

Fixture standing up. held by tight bore with tight fitting clamp. indicate the top pads straight to dust them in.  + - .002 perpendicularity  to the other grinded surface

The mess I made! lots of manual motions and grinding dust. wheel was more than half that size when I initially started.

I was tasked to grind in two different surfaces. Bringing in multiple tight tolerances and location dimensions. New to grinding. I've ran this job before. But this time i set it up myself and ran it. With confidence.
