I am currently working in the quality department at my shop programming and operating Zeiss CMM’s with Calypso software. I also do first piece, in process, and final inspections. I balloon prints, create dimensional records, AS9102 FAIR, critical and hidden dimensional records. I set gaging for the machinists, perform calibration on shop and personal gaging. Also am certified as an AS9100:2016 internal auditor and perform scheduled audits as required. I also do PPAP’S when needed. I also have 10 years experience setting up and operating 3 & 4 axis mills.
